Shipping Policy

All orders from 1000 Islands Clayworks are packed with care and shipped via Canada Post.
 

Shipping Rates
 

Shipping is prepaid and calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
 

Processing Time
 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
 

Shipping Method
 

All packages are shipped via Canada Post, with tracking and delivery confirmation included.
 

Delivery Time
 

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Within Ontario: 2–5 business days

• Elsewhere in Canada: 4–8 business days

• U.S. Orders (if applicable): 7–14 business days (customs delays possible)
   

Local Pickup
 

If you’re local to the 1000 Islands area, pickup at the studio may be available. Please contact us to arrange.
 

Breakage or Damage in Transit
 

We do our best to pack each piece securely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can make it right.
