At 1000 Islands Clayworks, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the unique nature of handmade pottery:
 

All purchases are final.
 

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or style.
 

Defective Items
 

We stand behind the quality of our work. While rare, pottery may occasionally have an undetectable flaw that causes it to fail during normal use.

If your piece breaks or cracks under normal use within 30 days of purchase, and you believe it may be due to a defect in the making or firing process:

• Please contact us with a photo and description of the issue.

• If a defect is confirmed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
   

Damaged During Shipping
 

If an item arrives broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to replace it or issue a refund.
